Competency
We were working on a special project for my website and it was on a very tight deadline, when my main programmer suddenly resigned and dissepeared. Fortunately, I found Ivan and he took over the huge amount of codes, all the unfinished programs, all the unusual behaviors (bugs), which was a very complex task and he completed the project within the deadline with great success.
I found Ivan not only a passionate, meticulous and experimented programmer, but he was friendly and very nice to work with. I’m very lucky to have him in my team.
